VISION
An integrated campaign that showcases customers’ successes on the Customer Success Platform to accelerate cross-product pipeline and give customers and prospects a deeper understanding of what we mean by “The Customer Success Platform”, since research indicates that customers don’t yet get the idea. We created a highly integrated campaign consisting of an overview landing page, a film that explains the Customer Success Platform, a customer success quiz app, social and digital campaign, 5 customer landing pages that contains a robust downloadable case study, and an email nurture journey.

In partnership with Mike Stone, lead the charge on all campaign, film, and design efforts while collaborating with the Solutions Product Marketing team, the Nerdery, Quartz, and the production team at Bonfire Labs.
RESULTS
The campaign surpassed MTP & OPM goals. We hit 100% of goal after first 2 quarters.
